Summary

LCI-UK Standard in Collaborative Planning (Part Two)

It is a prerequisite that delegates have completed part one workshop 'Collaborative Planning'.

This follow up workshop is designed to review progress against the action plan created in the first workshop and takes place 8-10 weeks after part one. Participants review implementation progress, strengthen Lean behaviours, and refine their plan.

Participants will:

  • Assess progress, successes, and barriers.
  • Update the plan using real project outcomes.
  • Apply problem-solving tools such as the 5 Whys and Fishbone Analysis.
  • Strengthen long-term Lean behaviours and planning habits.

Upon completion of this session, LCI-UK will be able to process the CITB grant for employees of levy-paying companies, which is currently set at £140 per person (CITB tier 2 funding)

Outcomes

Participants will benefit from this 'check and continue' session to ensure that their knowledge and practical application is embedded, and they are able to progress in using Collaborative Planning successfully in their workplace.

Learning Outcomes: • Ability to evaluate and refine collaborative plans. • Enhanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. • Confidence in sustaining Lean practices across projects.
