Summary

Mining legislation requires a person to hold particular competencies to be appointed in a supervisory role and to refresh them every five (5) years.

The first two days cover the Supervisor program, colloquially referred to as "S123" and the third day will cover the Cert IV Risk unit, aka "G2". These competency units are from the RII training package.

For those with no Mine Supervisor experience you would join this full program.

Certification is emailed 2-3 working days after payment and USI details are finalised.

Outcomes

4 Units offered: RIIRIS402E Carry out risk management processes; RIIRIS301E Apply risk management processes; RIIWHS301E Conduct safety & health investigations; RIICOM301E Communicate information.
