Our Level 4/5 Japanese course is an intermediate plus level course. Learners joining this course will have completed the Japanese Level 3/4 courses with us or they will have previous recent experience of studying the Japanese language, for three years. The course is fun and interactive. Although emphasis is on speaking and listening so that you will be able to communicate in every day contexts, you will build on your reading and writing skills in the Japanese alphabets too.

There will be role-plays, activities based on common scenarios and you will study grammar, vocabulary over a number of topics as well as developing your pronunciation.

This course will take place over 10 weeks and is Term 1 of a 3 Term Course (terms 2 and 3 will be offered later in the academic year). This means that the full Japanese Level 4/5 course takes place over 30 weeks in total. Catch up classes will take place if the teacher is unable to make their original scheduled class at the end of the term. Refunds will only be given if the teacher is unable to give a replacement class in the Catch up Class week.

Concessionary rates are available only to those who are full time students and those we are in receipt of unemployment benefits. Evidence of your status will be requested by a member of the Evening Class Team, before payment is taken.

You can pay for one term (10 weeks) or save £30 and pay for the entire academic year in advance (30 weeks). See costs below. The deadline for all payments and therefore bookings will be 48 hours after you have made your booking (otherwise your booking will be cancelled).
