Our Russian Level 2 course is a beginners plus course. Learners joining this course will have completed the Russian Level 1 course with us or they will have previous recent experience of studying the Russian language. The course is fun and interactive. Although emphasis is on speaking and listening so that you will be able to communicate in every day contexts, you will build on your reading and writing skills in Russian too.

There will be role-plays, activities based on common scenarios and you will study grammar, vocabulary over a number of topics as well as developing your pronunciation.

This course will take place over 10 weeks and is Term 1 of a 3 Term Course . This means that the full Russian Level 2 course takes place over 30 weeks in total.

Payment

Once you have completed your application form to join the course, you will be contacted by a member of the Evening Class Team to make your payment via bank transfer. We will hold your place up to 7 days to allow you to make your payment.

Concessionary rates are available only to those who are full time students and those we are in receipt of unemployment benefits. Evidence of your status will be requested by a member of the Evening Class Team, before payment is taken.

You can pay for one term (10 weeks) or save 5% by paying for terms two and three in advance. See costs below.

The deadline for all payments and therefore bookings will be Friday 19th September 2025 (unless the class is already fully booked at this point).
