Summary

This course is perfect for film lovers fascinated by Italian culture and those looking to enhance their language skills. Tailored for students at Level 2 and above, the club explores masterworks from classic neorealism to modern masterpieces. Expand your vocabulary and conversational confidence during relaxed, group discussions about each film's unique cultural and social themes.

This course will take place over 10 weeks and is Term 1 of a 3 Term Course (terms 2 and 3 will be offered later in the academic year).

Catch up classes will take place if the teacher is unable to make their original scheduled class at the end of the term. Refunds will only be given if the teacher is unable to give a replacement class in the Catch up Class week.

Payment

Concessionary rates are available only to those who are full time students and those we are in receipt of unemployment benefits. Evidence of your status will be requested by a member of the Evening Class Team, before payment is taken.

You can pay for one term (10 weeks) or save £30 and pay for the entire academic year in advance (30 weeks). See costs below.

The deadline for all payments and therefore bookings will be 48 hours after you have made your booking (otherwise your booking will be cancelled).

Our courses are popular and often oversubscribed so we advise you to book your place as soon as possible.

Outcomes

During this course you will consolidate your knowledge and fluency in the Italian language. You will be able to discuss and debate aspects of the films or topics raised, offer your opinions in detail and be more confident in speaking the language.
