Summary

LCI-UK Standard in 5S Workplace Organisation (Part Two)

It is a prerequisite that delegates have completed part one workshop ' 5S Workplace Organisation.

A follow-up “Check and Continue” session held 8–10 weeks after Part One. It reviews implementation progress and supports sustained improvement. Completion enables LCI-UK to claim a CITB Grant on behalf of levy-paying companies.

Participants will:

  • Revisit and assess the original action plan.
  • Conduct a second virtual site walk to observe changes and gather feedback.
  • Revisit action plan and identify new 5S opportunities.
  • Apply Lean tools to sustain improvements.
Outcomes

Learning Outcomes: • Ability to refine and sustain 5S practices. • Enhanced problem-solving and CI skills. • Capacity to replicate success across sites.
