Summary

LCI-UK Standard in Visual Management (Part Two)

It is a prerequisite that delegates have completed part one workshop 'Visual Management'

This follow up workshop is designed to review progress against the action plan created in the first workshop and takes place 8-12 weeks after part one.

Participants will: • Revisit and assess the original action plan. • Conduct a second site walk to observe improvements and gather feedback. • Update the action plan and explore new opportunities. • Apply Lean tools to overcome barriers.

Upon completion of this session, LCI-UK will be able to process the CITB grant for employees of levy-paying companies, which is currently set at £140 per person (CITB tier 2 funding)

Outcomes

Participants will benefit from 'check and continue' to ensure that their knowledge and practical application is embedded, and they are able to progress in using visual management successfully in their workplace.

Learning Outcomes: • Ability to evaluate and refine visual management practices. • Enhanced problem-solving and improvement skills. • Skills to sustain and scale improvements across projects.
