LCI-UK Standard / Part 2

Summary

This workshop is designed to review progress against the action plan created in the first workshop.

It is a prerequisite that delegates have completed part one workshop 'Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement'

Participants will:

  • Compare progress against the baseline and agree the current status
  • Discuss what has gone well, what hasn’t worked and barriers to success
  • Identify opportunities for extending / replicating the improvements
  • Update personal action plan and determine next steps to continue improving

Upon completion of this session, LCI-UK will be able to process the CITB grant for employees of levy-paying companies, which is currently set at £140 per person (CITB tier 2 funding)

Outcomes

Participants will benefit from 'check and continue' to ensure that their knowledge and practical application is embedded, and they are able to progress continuous improvement and problem solving in their workplace.
