Two workshops in a day giving learners a vital foundation in Lean thinking and problem solving.
Introduction to Lean
Course Overview
This interactive workshop offers a practical and engaging introduction to Lean thinking in construction.
Through a hands-on activity you’ll explore how Lean principles and tools can drive real improvements in your work. Whether you're new to Lean or looking to refresh your understanding, this half-day session helps you see the value of Lean in action and how it can be applied to everyday processes.
The course is suitable for professionals at all levels and is delivered face-to-face.
The Lean Construction Institute (LCI-UK) Standard 'Introduction to Lean' attracts CITB grant funding, for employees of eligible companies, currently set at £140 per person (tier 2 funding). The grant payment will be processed by LCI-UK upon completion of the course.
