Use weblink https://www.lennontraining.com/programs to get Site Authorisation form and payment form. Pre-requisites for BMA Underground:

  1. Trainee to be over 16 years age at time of induction
  2. Trainee to be Surface inducted for Broadmeadow
  3. Lennon Training payment form submitted
  4. BMA Site Authorisation form signed before submitting

The deadline to submit your paperwork is by 2pm the Tuesday before your class is due to start. Once all pre-requisite information has been received, a confirmation letter will be generated via email. Students without confirmation will not be permitted to enroll into the course.

Finally, be advised that bookings are at the discretion of BMA Broadmeadow and if necessary, you may be re-booked at short notice.

Outcomes

Day 1: BMA SOPs relating to underground only & the Unit RIIERR203E (Escape from hazardous situation unaided) are offered. Fridge is available - bring your own crib/lunch. Closed in shoes required.

Day 2: Underground familiarisation walk is conducted to meet Site induction requirements. Trainees are to have their own PPE suitable for underground walk. Trainees are to ensure they have the time and travel arrangements to meet Lennon Training at Broadmeadow to complete the UG walk.

Upon successful completion, training evidence is supplied by Lennon's to BRM training department to upload for gate access.
